By using the Word Unscrambler tool (the "Service") provided by Fully Torqued Applications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is a free, browser-based tool that finds valid words from letters you enter, using a built-in word list. It is provided for entertainment and educational purposes.

2. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any word returned is valid in a specific game, dictionary edition, or competition, or that the word list is complete, current, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

3. Trademarks & non-affiliation

SCRABBLE is a trademark of Hasbro, Inc. in the U.S. and Canada and of Mattel elsewhere. WORDS WITH FRIENDS is a trademark of Zynga, Inc. This Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hasbro, Mattel, or Zynga.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt or overload it, scrape it at scale or by automated means, or use it in violation of applicable law.

5. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertising. Your use of advertising and cookies is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fully Torqued Applications and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the Service (USD $0) or USD $100.

7. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

8. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fully Torqued Applications regarding the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
