1. Acceptance

By using the Cosmic Scale website or browser extension you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.

2. The website

The website tool is provided free of charge and supported by advertising. You may use it for personal, educational, and reference purposes.

3. Extension license

The Cosmic Scale extension is licensed, not sold. A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, one-time, perpetual license for personal use across your own devices, activated with a license key issued at purchase. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, or share your license key. We may deactivate keys found to be shared publicly or used fraudulently.

4. Refunds

Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled per our payments provider's policy. Contact support@fullytorquedapplications.com within 14 days of purchase if the product does not work as described and we will make it right.

5. Accuracy disclaimer

Cosmic Scale is an educational reference. While the Conway-Wechsler naming is implemented carefully, the real-world comparison facts are approximate and provided for illustration. The products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fully Torqued Applications is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the products.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
