www.fullytorquedapplications.com and its tools (the "Service") are operated by Fully Torqued Applications LLC ("we", "us"), a company based in the United States. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is provided "as is"
The tools are offered free of charge for general and educational use. They are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. For example, word lists, number names, and password strength estimates are provided for convenience and may not suit every ruleset or threat model. Do not rely on them where errors could cause harm or loss.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service unlawfully, or to infringe others' rights.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at abusive volume, or compromise the site or its ad/consent systems.
- Don't interfere with or attempt to circumvent advertising or security mechanisms.
Advertising
The free site is supported by advertising (Google AdSense). Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy and your cookie choices.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, and tool code are owned by Fully Torqued Applications LLC unless otherwise noted. Third-party names and trademarks (e.g. Scrabble, Words with Friends, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) belong to their respective owners; our tools are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Paid products
The web tools on this site are free. Some of our browser extensions are separate paid products — currently the Secure Password Generator extension, with others in development. They are sold and licensed through Polar, our merchant of record, which handles payment, license-key issuance, and refunds under the terms and refund policy presented at purchase. A paid extension is governed by those terms in addition to these.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fully Torqued Applications LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
